From April 21 to 25, the OPTICS & PHOTONICS International Congress 2025 brought together global leaders in photonics research in PACIFICO Yokohama, establishing itself as a key event in the field. This year stood out for its broad thematic scope, ranging from lasers to agricultural photonics.
👨🔬 Members of our team attended to stay up to date with the latest developments and also contribute new knowledge. Dr. Eduardo F. Fernández, head of the group, presented the work “III-V Nitride-based OPCs for optical wireless power transmission in air and underwater” at The 7th Optical Wireless and Fiber Power Transmission Conference (OWPT2025), sharing our progress on the future of optical power transmission.
