AdPVTech at EXPOLIVA!
AdPVTech and the University of Jaén have presented at EXPOLIVA 2023, the international fair of Olive Oil and related industries, one of our projects on agrivoltaics. ‘GLASS: Agrivoltaic systems as living laboratory for greenhouses in Spain‘ aims to demonstrate the potential of agrivoltaics, increasing the production of greenhouse crops, reducing agricultural consumption and producing clean energy, in hot and dry climatic conditions.
Eduardo F. Fernández, head of AdPVTech and responsible for the project, was there to present this line of research to all those who were interested in this proposal, including the Spanish Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Environment.
