On 20 March, the 1st Bioagrivoltaic Report (UNEF Unión Española Fotovoltaica) was presented. A day where it was proposed to bring citizens closer to the advantages and opportunities offered by the Agrivoltaic, combining energy generation with the practice of agriculture. The event took place in Toledo (Spain), where the conference participants visited the “Winesolar” project, one of the pioneers in Spain in this field. Pedro Perez Higueras, Professor and member of Advances in Photovoltaic Technology (AdPVTech), travelled to this event also to show the work and advances that we are carrying out in this field, such as the case of “Olivoltaica”, which involves the generation of energy together with the cultivation of olive trees.
